Do I have to know a lot about the internet or computers to get a website?
No, not with us.  We will do all of the work for you, making the process extremely easy and very understandable, no matter the level of your computer knowledge.

How long will it take to get my new website up and running?
Approximately 1 week.  Contact us regarding schedule availability.

Can pictures of my products/services be used on my new website?
Yes, we can use your pictures on your new website.

What form of payment does your company accept?
Visa and Master Card. (We also accept Discover and American Express via PayPal). 

How does your payment method work?
Customers pay 50% down as a deposit and pay the final 50% once the website publishes. Once published, we continue to work on the website to get it to quality level.

What is the length of the agreement?
All plans are month-to-month. A one time web design fee is paid, then a monthly hosting/maintenance charge.  Future changes/updates are completed at no additional charge.

If I currently have a website, can I transfer my current domain name?
We will create a new website with a new domain for your business.  Your existing company controls your current domain name.  On your behalf, however, we can request the transfer of your domain name.
